My approach
I'm Abi, a Senior Learning Developer at Admiral Group with a background in digital design and 8 years’ experience across learning, web, UX and UI. I create accessible, user centred digital outcomes that combine theory with strong visual and interaction design.
My work covers the full project lifecycle, from discovery and stakeholder collaboration through to design, development and delivery. I enjoy simplifying complex information into clear, engaging experiences that feel intuitive to use.
With experience across e-learning, digital products and web design, I bring together creative thinking, learning theory and practical development skills, with a strong focus on accessibility, structure and usability.

How I approach projects
04
Keep things clear and collaborative
I value straightforward communication, collaborative working and practical solutions. Used to working across teams and stakeholders, I focus on creating and delivering work that feels polished without becoming overcomplicated.
03
Design with people in mind
Whether I’m creating e-learning, web experiences or digital assets, accessibility and usability are always part of the process. I design for real people, real environments and a wide range of learner needs.
02
Balance creativity and structure
My background across learning, design and UX/UI allows me to connect strategy with execution. From learning objectives to visuals and interaction design, every part of the experience should feel aligned, consistent and intentional.
01
Start with understanding
Strong digital experiences begin with understanding the audience, the content and the problem that needs solving. I focus on building clarity first, creating work that is thoughtful, purposeful and grounded in real user needs.
